Sophia Alvi

Legal Assistant 

Sophia joined Fleming and Reid as a Legal Assistant in September 2024.

She is a recent graduate of the Scots Law LLB at the University of Glasgow and she intends to undertake her Diploma in Legal Practice next year to qualify as a solicitor. She has a keen interest in Criminal Law and Civil Litigation and enjoys learning how the law functions in practice from the experienced lawyers around her. 

In her spare time, Sophia is a caseworker at the Miscarriages of Justice Organisation and the Children’s Panel and believes in the power of law to help those most in need.
